Withdrawal Before Class Start
Self-Pay Students
- Students who withdraw before the official class start date are eligible for a 100% tuition refund, less a non-refundable $499 registration deposit (if applicable).
Workforce Ready Grant (WRG), WIOA, Indianapolis Urban League, FSSA, or Other Third-Party Funded Students
- No refund will be issued to the student for tuition covered by grant funding or third-party sponsorship.
- The student is responsible for any unpaid balance remaining on their account. Failure to satisfy the outstanding balance may result in the account being referred to a collections agency for further collection efforts.
Withdrawal After Class Start
Self-Pay Students
- Students who withdraw during the first 25% of the program will receive a 50% refund of tuition paid, excluding any non-refundable fees.
- Students who withdraw after completing more than 25% of the program are not eligible for a tuition refund.

Non-Refundable Charges (All Students)
The following charges are non-refundable once issued, accessed, ordered, or provided:
- Registration and administrative fees
- Textbooks and digital course materials
- Uniforms and supplies
- Certification exam fees
- Background checks, drug screenings, and other third-party fees
- Any fees paid to external vendors or certification organizations
Grant and Funding Disclaimer
Workforce Ready Grant (WRG), WIOA, Indianapolis Urban League, FSSA, and other funding sources are subject to eligibility requirements and approval by the sponsoring agency. MBHS Institute does not guarantee funding approval and is not responsible for funding denials, delays, or reductions. Students are responsible for any tuition balance not covered by an approved funding source.
MBHS Institute does not issue tuition refunds for amounts paid directly by grant agencies, workforce programs, or third-party sponsors.
