Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal Before Class Start
- Self-Pay Students: 100% tuition refund minus a $199 non-refundable registration fee (if applicable).
- Workforce Ready Grant Students: No refund issued, as tuition is paid by the grant.
Withdrawal After Class Start
- Self-Pay Students:
- Withdraw within first 25% of course: 50% tuition refund
- Withdraw after first 25%: No refund
- Workforce Ready Grant Students: No refunds issued at any time.
Non-Refundable Items (All Students)
Registration/administrative fees, textbooks, digital materials, uniforms, supplies, and exam or third-party fees are non-refundable once issued or accessed.
Grant Disclaimer
Workforce Ready Grant funding is subject to eligibility and WorkOne approval. MBHS Institute does not issue refunds for tuition covered by grant funding.
