Selecting a preferred start date does not guarantee placement in that cohort. Students must complete all applicable enrollment, documentation, funding, and payment requirements and receive an official MBHS Institute acceptance letter before beginning their program.

Complete the MBHS Institute enrollment application, submit all required documentation, and complete the applicable tuition payment or approved payment plan requirements before the cohort start date.

Complete all requirements with both MBHS Institute and your WorkOne office. Funding must be approved and all required documentation must be received before MBHS Institute can finalize enrollment and issue an acceptance letter.

Complete the MBHS Institute enrollment application and submit all required enrollment documentation. Students must also complete any requirements established by the Indianapolis Urban League or sponsoring program.

Students using employer sponsorship, third-party funding, education financing/loans, or another approved funding source must complete all required enrollment and funding steps before their cohort start date.

Students who have not completed all applicable requirements by their scheduled cohort start date will be moved to the next available monthly cohort.
