MBHS Institute accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Students who choose to pay in full should review their program's total tuition and applicable fees before submitting payment.

Start your program with a $199 registration fee.

MBHS Institute offers an in-house payment plan for eligible self-pay students who prefer to make scheduled payments toward their tuition balance.

Eligible Indiana residents may be able to receive tuition assistance through the Indiana Workforce Ready Grant (WRG) for approved MBHS Institute programs.

Funding eligibility and program availability may vary by Indiana region, program, and individual eligibility. Students interested in WRG funding should contact their local WorkOne office to determine eligibility and complete the required funding process.

Students must also complete the MBHS Institute Enrollment Application and submit all required enrollment documentation.

Important: Applying to MBHS Institute or beginning the WorkOne process does not guarantee funding or enrollment. All applicable requirements must be completed and MBHS Institute must issue an official acceptance letter before the student begins their funded cohort.

Eligible students may receive training assistance through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) for approved MBHS Institute programs.

Students interested in WIOA funding should contact their local WorkOne office to begin the eligibility and funding process. WorkOne determines WIOA eligibility and funding approval.

Students must also complete the MBHS Institute Enrollment Application, submit all required documentation, and complete any additional requirements requested by MBHS Institute or WorkOne.

Important: Students are not officially enrolled in a funded cohort until all applicable requirements are completed and MBHS Institute issues an official acceptance letter confirming the cohort start date.

Eligible Indiana residents participating in Indiana IMPACT through the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) may be able to receive assistance for approved career training programs at MBHS Institute.

Students should work directly with their IMPACT/FSSA case manager to determine eligibility, obtain required authorization, and complete all applicable funding requirements.

Students must also complete the MBHS Institute Enrollment Application and submit all required enrollment documentation before enrollment can be finalized.

Funding eligibility and approval are determined by the applicable agency. An MBHS Institute application alone does not guarantee funding or enrollment.

Eligible participants may receive training assistance through the Indianapolis Urban League (IUL) Training Works Program for approved MBHS Institute programs.

Students working with the Indianapolis Urban League should complete the MBHS Institute Enrollment Application and follow all instructions provided by their Training Works representative. Funding eligibility, program approval, and authorization are determined by the sponsoring organization.

Important: Approval for workforce funding does not by itself complete enrollment with MBHS Institute. Students must submit all required enrollment information and documentation. MBHS Institute will issue an official acceptance letter confirming enrollment and the approved cohort start date once applicable requirements are completed.

Students may choose to explore private education financing, personal loans, or other approved financing options to help cover eligible program costs.

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to the lender's application, credit, eligibility, approval, interest rate, and repayment terms.

Students applying for financing must also complete the MBHS Institute Enrollment Application and all required enrollment documentation.

Important: Applying for a loan or financing does not guarantee approval or enrollment. Students must complete their applicable payment or financing arrangements and receive an official MBHS Institute acceptance letter before beginning their scheduled cohort.

MBHS Institute may accept payment or training authorization from approved third-party organizations, community programs, workforce agencies, and other sponsoring organizations.

Students using third-party funding must complete the MBHS Institute Enrollment Application and provide all required documentation. The sponsoring organization may also require additional eligibility documents, approvals, authorizations, or payment arrangements.

Important: Third-party funding approval does not automatically complete enrollment. Students must satisfy all applicable MBHS Institute requirements and receive an official acceptance letter confirming their cohort start date.

Funding availability and eligibility vary by program, funding source, Indiana region, and individual circumstances. MBHS Institute does not determine eligibility or guarantee approval for third-party funding programs.

Students using workforce, employer, agency, or other third-party funding are responsible for completing all requirements established by both MBHS Institute and their funding organization.

Submitting an application, selecting a funding source, or receiving preliminary funding eligibility does not constitute official enrollment. Enrollment is finalized after all applicable requirements are completed and MBHS Institute issues an official acceptance letter confirming the student's cohort start date.

New cohorts begin on the 1st of every month. Students who do not complete all applicable requirements before their intended start date will be moved to the next available cohort.
